Help me! This patient is heating up! Its voltage would be too low? Or the current too high? Is there a doctor in the house to help me?!?
Oh, What luck, the Doctor Charger is here! Just in time.. please doctor, can you tell us what is the current consumed? And about the voltage?
Thanks to the Doctor Charger, you will now be able to monitor and take care of your projects powered via USB.
Use the USB Doctor Charger to measure operating voltage and the output current for any USB port and USB project. This blue plastic case takes place between the USB port and USB device and passes the data lines from one side to the other. It is equipped with a resistance of 0.05 ohm in series on the power line which is used to measure the passing current. The digital display displays the information in instantaneous, it remains for you to read the values to know the consumption of the tested device such as chargers of battery, smartphones, tablet, project but also the voltage drop in a USB cable.
You can use this unit with an input voltage of 3.5 to 7V Continuous (although most USB devices tend to oscillate between 4.75 and 5.25) and current up to 3A. It re-displays the voltage and current every 3 seconds. It is a really handy tool for testing USB devices, checking their charge level or debugging your battery charger and/or boost converter.
